I had my new air conditioner installed and received directions on how everything worked from Dale. I found the entire experience very helpful and professional.

We had a problem with the float valve shutting down our HVAC system. Dale came the next Monday and fixed the problem on our LG mini-split system. He is knowledgable... more about the mini-split systems. I posted this review a bit prematurely. It is a bit of a long story, but: Dale vacuumed the condensate drain line which made the unit work for one day. He did this as a part of the "preventive maintenance" for $528. I wrote the review. Three days later he returned and vacuumed the condensate line again, noting that it could be the condensate pump failure and worried that access was not possible. They charged me the $98 service fee although on the website it says a 6 month warrantee on drain pipe clean-out. then it turns out that the previous owner of Air Quality Control who installed the system in 2015 placed this unit above the drop ceiling while doing a complete remodel and it is not able to be serviced due to the tight space and a wall underneath it. That voids my warrantee. The current owners bought the company. To make a long story short, the owner's response is "you bought the unit from (previous owner's name) not me. I responded that I bought it from Air Quality Control not (previous owner). He responds We are no longer Air Quality Control INC. Note the Inc. part! I now chalk it up to tuition in the school of hard knocks. I am going to a different HVAC company.

They were prompt, honest and hard-working. From the co-owner of the company, Vic Pagano, to the technicians and installers, everyone was professional and courteous. There was a small problem with the thermostat( could be user error) and they came out the same day I called to fix the problem. I feel like this is a company that will stand behind their product and deliver outstanding customer service .This is a major investment so I have peace of mind knowing that the company will be around in the future. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service to Generator performed.

Over priced and not trust worthy in my opinion.

They dont take any ownership of thier problems. Had an AC issue where it was freezing up. Called these guys based on reviews and they came out. Paid the $100... more plus the additional charge for what they said they would fix my AC unit. Less than a month later I'm having the same issue and now when I call them they said it's not their problem and won't call me back or respond when i called to have them come back out and take a look.

We called Air Quality to get a second opinion on a problem with our A/C unit. The first company we called looked at it for 5 minutes and told us... more we needed a new system. Dale came in and talked with us. He took the time to understand our problem, how our system had been running, and then explained the different options we could choose from. He also took the time to find the actual problem with our system which led to us just fixing the unit instead of replacing it. Thank you so much! Because I had purchased the 10-year warranty package the cost of the part and installation was covered. It appeared at first that the part would have to be ordered and would take several days to arrive. Dale went back to the store even though the inventory said zero, he looked around for it and sure enough there was one I needed and he came back and installed it the same day. AQC came out and reinstalled 2 of my mini splits units that I have had issues with from Day one which ARS installed original a year ago. Dale was great... more and was very knowledgeable and explained and showed me all the issue of the bad install from ARS. Now my units work amazing, no leaks and super quiet. They did such a thorough job and where very timely. Job was also priced fairly and I really felt they did a great job and will definitely be using them again for any other issues in the future.

Unfortunately when it comes to tankless gas water heater these fellas are pretty useless. Which is disappointing because they are listed as Rinnai tankless water heater experts on the manufacturer’s... more website. Very disappointing experience. After 3 different techs, 2 different appointments over 4 days of my tenants not having hot water, they couldn’t figure it out. All of the staff with the exception of the new guy and the receptionist were useless. The owner talks a big game like he’s going to get things done, but ultimately his techs are either incapable or just don’t care. After AQC took me for $750 and left me high and dry with no solution, I ended up changing out the ignition rod myself and got the job done for $35 worth of parts off of Amazon. Unfortunately I cannot recommend AQC and would advise others be cautious.

While the technicians themselves were very professional and timely, I unfortunately do not feel that this company has provided adequate service. After being told my problem was resolved during two... more separate service calls, I’m still experiencing the same issue with my A/C. Both my air handler and condenser are 2021 - barely used - so I was confused as to why I’ve been experiencing so many problems. I finally called a different A/C company who helped me identify the very obvious problem within minutes and will be out in the morning to fix it. I’m very surprised that this issue was not caught if the technicians did a thorough inspection of my system. The money that I paid Air Quality Control to resolve the issue was not worth it, in my opinion. I did not enjoy coming home to my house at 90 degrees again for the third time. I’m also extremely disappointed that I am having to take even more time off of work to be home for an A/C repair that should have been handled over 2 weeks ago.

We FINALLY found an AC company that knows what they're doing! We had 3 different companies come out in the past year and tell us 3 different things--quoting us $1000+... more to replace various parts.
